Hangzhou Electrochemical Group (HEC) was founded in 1936 and was one of the earliest manufacturers in the Chlor-Alkali industry. In 2010, HEC imported their current technology for CPVC resin and compound production from the complete know-how of Arkema's (based in France) technology, and is the very first manufacturer in China with a high quality CPVC product line.

 

HEC is also the very first in China to have received NSF certification for their CPVC product, and have been able to consistently meet the strict regulation of this world-renown health and safety organization based in US.
